The happy staff, friendly location and well-appointed rooms. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. Exceptionally good view, a pleasant balcony, soft bed, too. Fairly clean and authentic hotel in Santa Barbara Downtown district. What's more, it was right by downtown, the Secret Garden and the beach.

I find the hotel beautiful little, spotless and the staff is absolutely outstanding. Abundant breakfast, superb service. The swimming pool and its area are nice. What is more, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Hotel is luxury as I expected, stunning location, particularly good rooms. Lovely view, a spacious balcony, lovely bed, too.
